Runiform Inscriptions

First Bulgarian Runiform inscriptions were discovered in 1899 in the first Bulgarian capital Pliska by the archaeological expedition of the Russian Archaeological institute in Constantinople. Many other inscriptions were discovered in other sites of the First Bulgarian Kingdom on territories of modern Bulgaria, Romania and Northern Macedonia. Inscriptions will be organised by country and cite of discovery.
